Senior Business Controller global (f/m/d) | For all locations in Germany

Your responsibilities:

  • Taking over the responsibility for Cost & Profit Center accounting, analysis and reporting using SAP EC PCA/COPA including product cost accounting
  • Analyze deviations to budget, forecasts, prior year and/or profitability calculations
  • Initiate and coordinate cost optimization projects locally and globally
  • Develop & report existing KPIs and drive the standardization across the group
  • Guide & support the implementation of “Qliksens” as a system based KPI & BI tool to enhance transparency across the organization
  • Determine & review cost of goods manufactured and cost-rates (hourly rates) and maintain these in SAP
  • Run pre- and post-calculations (standard vs actual cost) and comparisons thereof
  • Act as business partner to the local and global organization providing competent advice and support to Functional Leaders
  • Prepare, analyze, support, comment and enhance the regular management reporting of the Group
  • Perform standard and non-standard procedures for closing the Month- /Year-end process
  • Support the development of improvement projects as part of the strategy deployment process (X-matrix) and conduct performance reviews together with the Head of Controlling
  • Guide & support group-wide projects in the area of Finance and Controlling

Key Account Manager for our French site in Cormeilles-en-Parisis (m/f/d) | France

Your responsibilities:

• Development of strategic and long-term business relationships with existing and potential customers
• Implementation of sales and marketing strategies
• Regular customer visits and competent customer advice - first contact person for the customer on site
• Regular reporting to the sales management
• Interface between customers and customer service - organization of joint meetings at the customer
• Participation in trade fairs and other events
• Support of customers also outside normal working hours
• Alignment and coordination of tasks with the sales management of other Edelmann Group sites, if required
• Market and competition monitoring
